Twenty-eight exonerated former death row prisoners at the 1998 National Conference on
Wrongful Convictions and the Death Penalty at the Northwestern University School of Law.
These former death row prisoners were released as a result of the efforts of
Northwestern University law students under the supervision of faculty and cooperating
outside attorneys.
