Description of Opportunities:
Habitat for Humanity operates on the premise that volunteers donating labor, using donated materials, can construct solid, inexpensive housing for those who would otherwise be unable to afford it. Volunteers are involved in all aspects of residential construction, from foundation and framing to painting and roofing. No construction experience is necessary, as skilled site-coordinators are present to supervise and instruct. An excellent opportunity for groups of students.
