The King's College IBEC and IBHS invites YOU! to participate in the 2009 King's 5K Run/Walk. Come out for an exciting day of exercise with fellow members of the local community and help raise money for local charity.

Registration from 8:30 to 9:30 at the small pavilion near the pond.
Trophies for the top male and top female. Medals for the top male and top female in each age group.

FM Kirby Park, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
Course
5km (3.1 miles) Start and finish in Kirby Park. Race through the park and along the paved levee system. Scenic and fast with a few very short, gentle hills.

TBD Payable to King's College.
Awards
All pre-registered entrants receive a t-shirt.
